Lisa Linton

Irish

Lisa is an Irish and Flamenco dancer, former Highland Dance champion, and a certified Zumba and Zumba Kids instructor. She has over 25 years of performance and teaching experience, and has danced in and contributed choreography to corporates, shows and conventions, including Nelson Mandela's 83rd birthday celebrations, the World Economic Forum (2001), South Africa's 2010 FIFA Bid banquet (2004), and the Stephen Gately Memorial Concert (2009). Lisa has worked with celebrated choreographers Jay Pather (1999-2004), and Ian Spink (2010), and taught dance in Northern Ireland, Scotland and South Africa. She has a professional teaching qualification from the Scottish Dance Teachers' Association and a Level 5 Certificate in Safe and Effective Dance Practice from Trinity College London. Lisa has been working with ACPA since 2006.

 

In addition to her dance training, Lisa has a Masters degree in Cultural and Media Studies from the University of Natal, South Africa.
