She also originated the role of Chell in the Olivier Award winning show “Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour” with the National Theatre of Scotland which transferred to London’s West End in 2017.

Caroline graduated with a first class BA honours in Acting for Stage and Screen from Queen Margaret & Edinburgh Napier Universities in 2013 & on the day of her graduation she secured her first professional acting job - the graduate scheme at Dundee Rep Theatre.

However, Caroline first discovered her love of performing when she was just 8 years old & joined the Fiona Forbes School of Dance, which later became Angus Centre for Performing Arts. Encouraged by Fiona, Caroline went on to join several amateur theatre clubs & musical societies across Angus and then decided to pursue a career in the performing arts.

ACPA was also where Caroline began her journey as a teacher when she taught weekend drama and musical theatre classes for over 7 years.  She directed several “Show in a Week” summer schools too including “Class of ‘99” which she also wrote. Since then Caroline has taught for schools, colleges & performing arts schools across the country.

Caroline relishes any opportunity to return to ACPA & hopes she can inspire and encourage all the amazing students with her enthusiasm & passion for the performing arts.
